The Alberta Railway Museum

Maria Vicente has developed a program for children that includes a Thomas the Tank Engine theme. She will present a sheduled reading program - about an hour -  that will be offered on Sundays during the summer.

Here is the schedule:

May 23, June 6, July 4, July 18, Aug 1, Aug  8, Aug 15, Sept 5

Maria is an experienced librarian and has a special interest in children's learning. She will also incorporate material about the museum into her presentation and offer take-aways, crafts and activities to the visitors.  In addition we will sell Thomas items in the gift shop.

This will probably take place in the "Kid's Car" next to the Work train cars.
